Took much longer than I expected for both oil change and brake service, but the waiting area was comfortable, and I liked the Quick Quack card. I’m getting more and more disappointed! Every time I’m there they tell me my battery will need to be cleaned next time I’m there. I looked at my battery when I got home and you could eat off it there’s z there they tell me my battery will need to be cleaned next time I’m there. I looked at my battery when I got home and you could eat off it there’s zero white around the connection’s so they lie!!! Also it was cleaned at the 40,000 mile. So they say? I don’t trust the service anymore! More

Aug. 14th, 2020, Brought my 2016 Altima for service. Picked up my car around 5:00 PM. Drove my car straight home and parked it in the garage. Noticed on Sat. morning that there was some damaged done Picked up my car around 5:00 PM. Drove my car straight home and parked it in the garage. Noticed on Sat. morning that there was some damaged done to the rear bumper. Service dept. was closed Sat. and Sun. Called first thing Monday morning to report the damage. Was told by Edgar Carmona that the damaged looks like a front license plate frame. Offered a small bottle of touch up paint. Will contact me when the paint comes in. Called Aug 17th, no answer or call back. Texted Edgar on Sept 1st, no answer. Called and left message with Edgar, no response. Text again, this time he responded to say it was not ordered. Sept 11th, notified the paint was in. Sept 22, called Edgar again with no response. Called again, he said he needed to talk to his supervisor, but no response again. Called Oct. 8th and got a response from Edgar , I asked to speak to his supervisor Marcus, he said they are not responsible for any damage to my car but will buff out the marks and paint the scrapes on Friday Oct. 9th at 10:00 PM. From Aug 14th to now Oct. 8, I finally get some results but they still won't take responsibility for the damage done to my 2016 Altima on Aug 14, 2020 Will never recommend this Nissan dealership or service dept. to anyone.
