I got ripped off for over $400 by 3 staff working together - guess Covid market softness has them xxxxxx us all. I was charged $300 that is discretionary and told it was mandatory. I was lied about the doc fee of $85 being paid to the gov't, when it's paid to the dealer. Total rip off $300 + sales tax + $85 = $408.25. Josh Edwards played the role of 'my friend' - they guy who stays there telling you that the 3hr wait will only be 10 minutes, every 10 minutes... Jeff Unger flat out lied to me but I only caught him on $500 of it. He went away, changed his numbers and then tried to tell me that *he had saved me money*! Jeff personifies the used car salesman that gives the industry its bad name. David Gwin was the slick guy in the back office who is very skilled at being ‘economical with the truth’ rather than flat out lie. David offered me what sounded like keenly-priced warranties but I didn't trust him so I didn't buy any. Never so glad to leave a dealership! More
