Buying a vehicle can be very very stressful. Went to Future Nissan in Folsom to just look at a Dodge RAM 1500. Drove there and the truck was not there, It was at another location. JR asked if he can tak Future Nissan in Folsom to just look at a Dodge RAM 1500. Drove there and the truck was not there, It was at another location. JR asked if he can take us to where the truck was. We said yes. We took a drive back to Maddison where the truck was. The truck was ok, but did not have some of the options we were looking for. So we went back to the drawing board. Went back to Nissan, and while driving back, JR was explaining the options and warranty packages with the Nissan Titan. I was not hearing it. Went in one ear, and out the other. I had my mind set on a dodge. Jeff Unger then stepped in, and ask us to give the Nissan a chance. He ask if we would just test drive it, and if we did not like it, he will then try and find me my dodge. We test drove the Nissan Titan SL 4x4, and fell in love. I didn't intend to buy that night, But next thing we know, we were in there signing for the Titan. And let me tell you, from the very beginning to the end, JR, Jeff, Michael, Steven made this the BEST buying experience ever. I would go there to buy again if i needed to. Great Service, Very Professional, and they all worked their magic. Found an issue, they got me in, fixed the issue, and back out. I have never bought a vehicle, and received this kind of service ever. Most salesman and managers are very pushy, BUT NOT these guys. So great Job you guys here at Future Nissan Folsom.
