They say women often have a harder time at the car dealership because women are generally treated differently than men. Fortunately this was not my experience with Futrue Nissan of Folsom! They offer dealership because women are generally treated differently than men. Fortunately this was not my experience with Futrue Nissan of Folsom! They offer "At Home Test Drive" option which is wonderful, and they have Dakota, the best car sales rep I have ever worked with! I had done my research and knew exactly what type of car I wanted to buy - make, model, features. Dakota brought the car I wanted to test drive to my home and I was able to drive it in my neighborhood where I know the streets and felt very comfortable. He answered all the questions I had with sincerity, respect, and honesty. He is the complete opposite of ingeminating carsales rep that we would like to avoid. Dakota assured me that I can text him with any additional questions so I contacted him when I didn't receive my paperwork in the mail, which was not his fault. He was able to have the financial team send me an electronic copy right away before the hard copy came in the mail. Few weeks later, I had a follow-up question related to my license plate so I texted Dakota. He responded promptly again. I truly appreciate his professionalism and top notch customer care. I have told all my friends and coworkers about Dakota and the At Home Test Drive service they offer. I was impressed to find out that Folsom Nissan has been doing this for the last couple of years, pre-COVID. It's amazing that I never had to go to the Dealer to buy me a car; all done in a comfort of my home with a help from a courteous sales rep. More
