I scheduled an appointment for a routine oil change and I was flexible for a time that wouldn’t be too busy so the wait wouldn’t be too long. I was assured my 9 AM time would be fine. When I checked in I ask was flexible for a time that wouldn’t be too busy so the wait wouldn’t be too long. I was assured my 9 AM time would be fine. When I checked in I asked the service rep (Jeff) to let me know if it looked like the wait would be much more than 1 hr and he never updated me in the waiting area. I noticed other customers were getting updates. About 1.5 hours in, I went to look for Jeff but he wasn’t available, (had left according to others). Another service rep said he would check on it. I went out back to get fresh air and saw my car pull out from a parking spot and drive away. When I noticed it pull into the service garage I asked a technician if they were just starting service on my car? Yes, they were, just about 2 hours after my appointment time. At that point I went in search of the service manager since I had still never been given an update. He apologized and said they were working on my car and would have it completed shortly. I have never been thrilled with service at Future Nissan of Folsom but this sealed my dissatisfaction. When I purchase a new vehicle later this year I won’t be stopping by this dealership. More
