I went in and paid $2200 dollars for a service and at the dealership the brake light was out.. I was told by the technician that's the first thing they check and obviously it's not. I decided to come to a oi dealership the brake light was out.. I was told by the technician that's the first thing they check and obviously it's not. I decided to come to a oil stop station and they checked my transmission oil and it'd dark... for 7k miles ago it should not look like that.. I feel the service wasn't done and I am completely unsatisfied and I would never recommend anyone come here... also the air filter was completely dirty ... cabin air was changed. I feel you guys should show customers what your doing because obviously we can't trust it to get done... I came to oil stop where they show you what the liquids look like and im not happy More
