My experience at Future Nissan was to put it mildly, terrible. I brought my 2014 Altima in for the 125k service. When I dropped the car off I asked if they could have the mechanics look at my wiper res terrible. I brought my 2014 Altima in for the 125k service. When I dropped the car off I asked if they could have the mechanics look at my wiper reservoir that had come loose in an accident, I was given the standard "Ok" without a look up from his screen. Well about 2 hours later I get an estimate for a $4000 brake and front end alignment and bushing replacement, I believe. Not a mention of my reservoir, which I asked for, that I no doubt would have had replaced in a heartbeat, Long story long it took five (5) hours for a 125k service. The last hour I spent being told it was 15 minutes away from being done, 4 times. I realize this will fall on deaf ears and nothing will be done about my experience except the standard lip service. I love Nissan's products, but this experience has really soured me on getting any maintenance done at a Nissan dealership in the future. I only wish I could give less than one star More
