Never trust what they say as they don’t keep up their words or promises . They lost my second key fob and acted like no big deal. I got an appointment after almost 3 weeks and when I went in they said it words or promises . They lost my second key fob and acted like no big deal. I got an appointment after almost 3 weeks and when I went in they said it will take two hours. I had to wait for the shuttle for more than an hour. Worst experience ever More

Should provide a replacement car during servicing. Most other dealerships do this. It is really cumbersome to get a cab in Folsom to go back home and return within 2 hours. There are very few cabs availabl other dealerships do this. It is really cumbersome to get a cab in Folsom to go back home and return within 2 hours. There are very few cabs available. And it is not possible to wait at the dealership for 2 hours. You are charging 50$ rental literally for 2 hours for a replacement. kindly look into this. More
