This could have been a 5 star review had someone from the service department called me promptly to advise that the part received for my car was cracked and I was not going to get the vehicle back in "a coupl service department called me promptly to advise that the part received for my car was cracked and I was not going to get the vehicle back in "a couple hours" as originally promised. I actually had to call the service department, after waiting all day for them to call me, only to be told that although they knew hours before that the part they received was cracked, no one bothered to contact me with the status. Had someone contacted me, I would have made other arrangements for my transportation needs for that day and more than half of the next day. More
