Purchased my first brand new car with Robert and although it was a timely process(as it normally is) we were able to reach an agreement that benefited both parties. I brought my car in for a airbag recall. The service advisor asked if I wanted any of the suggested services based on my car’s mileage. I said no. I did eventually agree to get an oil change The service advisor asked if I wanted any of the suggested services based on my car’s mileage. I said no. I did eventually agree to get an oil change. Even though I said no diagnostic testing, they sent me a list of about $3500 in repairs they say my car needs. I declined everything as I did not ask for a diagnostic evaluation. After I declined the additional services, they said my car was ready to pick up. I asked if the oil change was completed and the service advisor told me she forgot to put it on the request. So instead of doing the service I asked them to do, they were busy doing the service I asked them not to do and forgot all about my oil change. I won’t be going back. More

It is a different time- the dealership did not have enough inventory that t was almost reduced to a compromise. I am glad they were willing to work with me and ended up with the price and vehicle that enough inventory that t was almost reduced to a compromise.
