I went in late in the day for a quick diagnostic, and while waiting looked at and drove some new and used vehicles. I even put a deposit down on a HRV before I left. As expected, I had to leave my car overnight, but a lift was offered without hesitation. Everyone was excellent. Came back for my car first thing in the morning - I needed it to haul the dog to the vet. I was dreading it. The service advisor was stellar. The tech had already identified the likely culprit but was prepared to complete a full diagnostic for a well earned and reasonable fee of $120 or so. The service advisor cut that back a bit, and the car was running like a champ! Holy crap I couldn’t believe it. As far as the dog. I ended up with more time than a I expected, as the appointment would be in the morning. (She’s fine.) Meanwhile, Looked at a few more cars at some other places and found and bought a more perfect vehicle, if there is such a thing (it is Honda so…). So I called the salesperson, who was understandably disappointed. He provided guidance on collecting the deposit refund. I followed his instruction today, and had the funds in my account within 10 minutes of walking on the lot. Of course there were a few questions about what I bought, and some disappointment that they didn’t have the 2023 HRV in stock (it’s new at this point). These guys are a great team. I would definitely buy a car there or refer a friend for service or sales. Excellent. Excellent. Excellent. More

I was originally looking for a HRV or Civic. Due to the Pandemic and the lack of chips, it was quite difficult to find one with reasonable pricing and specific tech features.
