I ran over an obstacle on Hwy 80 and was able to drive my car to the Greenback exit and then to the dealership on a Saturday morning. The Service Technician Patrick was there and quickly explained the damage to my car. More importantly, he was able to understand how much the event had upset me. Patrick took care of everything: gave me an estimate, arranged to have the work done that day, provided me with Lyft transportation home and back to pick up the car when the work was completed. Future Honda is very lucky to have such a knowledgeable and empathetic technician. Five stars to the dealership and five more stars to Patrick. More

We recently purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership. Within the first few days, we realized there were multiple things wrong with the vehicle. The alignment was off, a speaker is bad, body l dealership. Within the first few days, we realized there were multiple things wrong with the vehicle. The alignment was off, a speaker is bad, body lines were uneven and it came with multiple scratches on the infotainment screen. We've taken it in to get "fixed" twice. The service manager told us that almost all of our problems were "normal" and you can't expect a car to be perfect. After "fixing" the alignment we now notice a clicking noise that can be heard and felt coming from the steering column. Apparently, this is also "normal" in their opinion. I can assure you that there is something wrong and they're avoiding having to fix it. Outside of the terrible experience with the service department, we were also told that they would look into getting the screen replaced due to the scratches it came with. They never reached back out and began ignoring us. I drove there to talk to someone face-to-face. They apologized and claimed they would get back to us again... never happened and now they're avoiding returning our messages again. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. There are plenty of better options in the area. We just bought another new Honda from a different dealership and the difference in customer service was night and day. More
