I was quite disappointed with this place. The car I purchased was fine. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. It was agreed to before I stepped foot on the lot. It still took me 5 ho The car I purchased was fine. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. It was agreed to before I stepped foot on the lot. It still took me 5 hours of being there. There were no less than 6 errors (or changes they thought they could slip in) in the paperwork that I caught when we were with the finance person. The car was not detailed or even filled up with gas at the end. Felix did not help me set up the Bluetooth or even walk me through the inspection of my car. He was either not there or made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. Not an enjoyable experience by any means. More
