I've honestly never had a better customer service experience than I had at Future Honda. Buying a new car can be exciting, but it's also immensely stressful and can become overwhelming very easily. Senior Sales Associate, Paul Delman, put my mind at ease and brought a level of clarity to the experience that helped dispel the fears and concerns I had. Paul patiently and carefully answered every single question I had, going over everything from the differences between different trim packages to exploring potential financing options. I spent the better part of a Saturday with him, and he was professional the entire time. Even more importantly, he was personable and understanding. Never once did I feel pressured to make a decision. Even after the purchase of a vehicle, he continued to provide exceptional customer service, promptly responding to emails and addressing any questions I had. The dealership itself also has a better feel to it than others I've been to, at least in my opinion. Despite being at the corner of two major thoroughfares, Auburn and Greenback, the lot is surprisingly quiet and feels peaceful, especially compared to something like the AutoMall. The more mellow environment allowed me to think more clearly and make more informed choices. If you have any concerns at all about the car buying process, then I recommend you go to Future Honda. Everyone I interacted with while I was there was incredibly helpful and left a great impression on me. 10/10 across the board. More
Bought car from there 3 years ago, serviced my car there ever since. Since Future took over the prices have gone up and the wait time has doubled. I was quite disappointed with this place. The car I purchased was fine. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. It was agreed to before I stepped foot on the lot. There were no less than 6 errors (or changes they thought they could slip in) in the paperwork that I caught. The car was not detailed or even filled up with gas at the end, and the salesman was either not there or made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. Not an enjoyable experience by any means. More
