Future Ford of Sacramento - Service Center

I have never purchased a car from Future, but I have had my cars serviced here. The service department is not a typical service department that you would find at most dealership service lanes. For example, Rey Reyes Jr, is leaps and bounds beyond any service advisor that I have ever worked with. He gives clear and accurate information when discussing the needs for your vehicle and he does it in a way that you don't feel stupid because he explains what he is talking about. Not only did Rey allow me to really feel comfortable asking him questions without the fear of being replied to in a pretentious manner, he did his job with a great smile, a wonderful sense of humor, and made me really want to come back if (not that I'm hoping my car has problems just to go see him. ha-ha), I absolutely needed to. Thank you Rey Reyes Jr and thank your Future Ford of Sacramento for having such wonderful examples of what true customer service should look like! More
