I have been extremely happy with Future Ford until this total lack of service and honesty at my last service.There was no honesty about when my car would be ready and what was happening with it. When I arranged the appointment for service I explained that I am very busy and would like to know approximately how long the service would take.We arrive at one hundred and thirty minutes so I used three hours in my planning(ten o’clock completion time).Finally around eleven I mentioned that I was going to call my long term friend(approximately fifth years) Steve Pleau. My car was finally ready at approximately eleven thirty.In the time I waited I rescheduled three appointments and a lunch date. More
