Julian is the only person from my sale on here but if Justin was listed (any of them) they would all receive one star also. The dealership canceled a maintenance plan i had bought with my car without contacting me. They claim they couldn't sell that maintenance planwith the car that I bought. More

Purchased a used vehicle, and was told vehicle was in excellent condition prior to delivery. When vehicle arrived in the evening I could tell the vehicle was filthy even though I was told it was detailed excellent condition prior to delivery. The dealer told me that a few scratches I mentioned while looking at pictures online were polished and removed that was not the fact. The following morning I further inspected the vehicle and noticed the floor jack was missing along with a few of the addition parts to secure it, when I notified them they told me parts were back ordered and Not available for who knows how long. Nobody ever told me the parts were missing but they knew about it because parts were already ordered supposedly. I was also told all paper work I signed would be over nighted to me the next day but 3 weeks later I had to call and request copies. I knew the risk of buying a used vehicle and with them delivering it to me, they were great when making the sales and were very persistent but after the sale I never heard from them and still haven’t received the jack and related parts promised. Also only one key supplied with a 2021 vehicle doesn’t seem right. If they had followed through with the effort they made to sell me the vehicle I wouldn’t be scoring so low. But no follow up or any contact is poor customer service after selling a vehicle for $97k. As of now I would never recommend buying a vehicle from them as they push hard to make the sale (relentless) but after that you were just another client. At the end of the day I know I should have drove up and inspected vehicle myself before purchasing, but I was also Gaurenteed that the vehicle was in like new condition which I was very persistent with asking and took their word. After taking delivery of the vehicle I had to spend an additional $2300 to have a key made,a missing vin sticker replaced and a dent repaired. More
