I had a terrible service experience. Did not complete all repairs. Sold me a part I did not need not need adding $200 to my bill. Told me they would fill DEF as part of service and did not do it. The service department there is awful. Scheduled a recall service with them, and they said it was at no cost to me. I dropped my car off and they said it would take half a day. I called back the next day to service with them, and they said it was at no cost to me. I dropped my car off and they said it would take half a day. I called back the next day to see if it was ready and they said they didn't have the replacement part and that I would have to purchase it. They couldn't tell me how much it would cost or when they could get it because "their guy" was out until next week. Second time they've messed up a repair on my car. I'm calling around to other dealerships to have someone else perform the recall repair. I'm done with Future Ford of Sacramento. More
