I seek out Service Advisor Kevin for his expertise in quickly and accurately identifying likely culprits for the symptoms I present him. He doesn't try to upsell additional repairs and when he is able to come under the quote for individual repairs, he does so. I really enjoy Kevin's positive and optimistic attitude and helpfulness.
