I went to Ford for my routine maintenance on my 2019 Ford Explorer (RO#618955, to prove I'm a real customer). It had 19,654 miles on it. I have both the Ford Maintenance and Ford Extended warranty, all bough Explorer (RO#618955, to prove I'm a real customer). It had 19,654 miles on it. I have both the Ford Maintenance and Ford Extended warranty, all bought at Future Ford of Sacramento when I purchased the vehicle in January of 2019. Jordan Rheude was my Service Advisor and Anthony Wiley was my Certified Technician. I had an appointment for 10am, I arrived at 9:40am. Jordan took care of writing up my service and stated that it would be done in an hour to hour and a half, so in my head I was thinking 2 hours tops, be done by 12pm. I patiently waited when I saw my vehicle pull out of the bay at approximately 11:30am. I saw it go to the back of the lot, I figured it was getting a wash or vacuum. I patiently waited. At approximately 12:20pm I saw Jordan come out to write up a vehicle that had been towed in. I approached Jordan and asked if something was wrong with my car, he stated nothing that he knew of, he said he would go check on it. He waved me over to his office and stated that the car was done, I asked why was it in the back, he had no answer, I stated it went back there an hour ago. He said that he stamped waiter on the order, I guess Anthony, the tech did not notice. Jordan called for my car, they stated on the radio it would be a ten minute wait. Jordan said he would get my car himself to expedite the process. As I was waiting I saw that the rear reverse light and the air filter needed to be replaced. I asked Jordan when he brought up my car if any of this was covered on the warranty or service, he said "nope". He did not even present the paid service to replace the parts. Future Ford of Sacramento Service Department had my car for three hours and did not even offer to replace the air filter or replace the burnt out reverse light. Out of laziness and convenience, I would have paid for those items. They missed out of the sales by not even asking. I ended up saving a bunch of money by buying the parts myself at Napa Auto Parts and replacing them myself. Thanks Youtube for showing me how to replace the rear lights on a Ford Explorer. My planned 2 hour stay became 3 hours, with the last hour being my car parked for no reason in the back of the lot. I just can't believe the lack of COMMUNICATION, ATTENTIVENESS, ATTENTION TO DETAIL and pure CUSTOMER SERVICE that there is at the Future Ford of Sacramento service department. Even though I purchased my vehicle at Future Ford of Sacramento, my maintenance can be serviced at any other Ford dealership. Thank God! My overall experience was weird and disappointing. More
This dealership gave me, hands down, the best car buying experience of my life and I'm no spring chicken! Blake and Chase went way above and beyond to make our deal happen. Our transaction was done completely over the phone and when we were ready to pull the trigger, they came to us! The car we purchased is everything they represented it to be and more as some things you just need to see and experience in person. I finally have my dream car that I have wanted since I saw its commercial. I am and will always be a dedicated Future Ford of Sacramento customer and I highly recommend that you start your car buying journey with them. By the way, my car was at a different Future Ford dealership initially and the last salesman we talked to there did nothing to try to make a deal. Future Ford of Sacramento brought the car to their lot and Blake worked very hard with my husband literally all day to make it happen for us. Go there, you won't be disappointed!!! More
The service staff greeted my daughter and I with friendly smiles when we pulled up to the service area. Our service rep Joshua was awesome! He made us feel like we were a part of the ford family. We decided to wait for our vehicle in the customer lounge. The lounge was nice with multiple vending machines, multiple places to sit, a television, a work station, and restrooms. Someone came in and disinfected the area during our wait. Overall it was great! More
