I bought a brand new Lincoln MK Z Hybrid here and so far I regret the experience. The sales guys draft up paper work with intentionally unrealistic terms, then a few days later they call you in for the rea I regret the experience. The sales guys draft up paper work with intentionally unrealistic terms, then a few days later they call you in for the real terms leaving you stuck to give back your new car or bite the bullet and pay what you didn't want to or expect to have to. (You'd be better off getting a loan through a lender of your choice anyhow... but not everyone thinks to do that, or in my case I went car shopping after my CU was closed.) During my test drive the sales guy was texting away with his wife, which is exactly what makes the customer feel valued. I was seriously low-balled for my trade in, which I told them was unacceptable so they ended up giving me 25% more than they originally offered. After I purchased my car a few days later the sale guy called and left me a voicemail telling me that he had "good news" for me. Then I proceeded to try to get a hold of him for the next three days. To this day (a month later) I have NO idea what the "good news" was supposed to be. When you take the car in for service it takes much longer than it ought to (and longer than they tell you it should), and in my case when you get the car back it s in filthier condition than when you brought it in! Which is fantastic. Then you get a survey in your E-Mail that has a tiny box limiting your comments to less than 500 characters. Who can sum up something like that in 500 characters? The sales folks talk about "The Lincoln Experience". I guess "The Lincoln Experience" is sales people who don't care about customers, getting your car back filthy, and not returning phone calls. Sure makes me feel special! More
My sales person, Mike was very professional, and a no stress sales person. Everyone was courteous and friendly. I bought a 2012 Mustang as a CPO vehicle from a dealership in Las Vegas 2 months ago.. Gaudin Ford - that place was GREAT. Since I've had the car, I've noticed a 'clunking' noise in the front susp dealership in Las Vegas 2 months ago.. Gaudin Ford - that place was GREAT. Since I've had the car, I've noticed a 'clunking' noise in the front suspension when I go over speedbumps, and that it feels like something is shifting in the suspension when I go over small bumps mid-turn... also, the power seat stopped working. So I brought it in to the local Ford dealership a couple weeks ago (Future Ford - Roseville, CA) to have it looked at. They confirmed that the power seat wasn't working and they needed to order the part for it.. they were unable to replicate the suspension noise. So, I brought it back this past Friday to have the power seat issue fixed, and to try again with the suspension noise issue. I took a tech for a ride, showed him the noise, let him drive it and experience it firsthand too.. he agreed that it didn't seem right. So, I told the service writer (Jim Z) that I would be hanging out in the lobby, and knew that it might take a little while if they were going to be fixing the seat and the suspension issue.. well, 5 hours later... I went to go check.. he told me that the seat was done, and the techs were trying to reach the Ford Hotline to find out what to do about the suspension noise. So - basically, the seat issue probably took an hour or an hour and a half.. but the car was sitting around while they were trying to get someone from their helpdesk on the phone to give them advice on how to fix the problem. And, they never came to the lobby to give me an update. So - he gave me my keys, let me take the car, and told me that they'd try to figure out what was going on after talking to the Ford Hotline. That was Friday. Today is Wednesday. I had still not heard back from the dealership. I called, asked for Jim.. he told me that the noise was 'normal'... and that going over the speedbump would cause some normal jouncing noise in the suspension. (REALLY??) ... the car is a 2012 model with 14k miles on it.. it should not be making these kinds of noises! I told him I disagreed, and was disappointed that Ford wasn't taking this seriously.. and if they weren't going to deal with it, maybe I'd have to take it to a front end/suspension specialist to have it looked at... as I was saying this, he said "well, Ford isn't going to do anything for you", and he HUNG UP ON ME. Unbelievable. Stay the xxxx away from this crappy dealership.. at least the Service department... I've been really happy with this car, and excited to have it.. but these jackwagons are really putting a bad taste in my mouth. More
I wanted to recognize Joey Chacon for his professionalism, friendliness and knowledge of cars. He listened to what I was looking for and even let me borrow his phone (internet access-since professionalism, friendliness and knowledge of cars. He listened to what I was looking for and even let me borrow his phone (internet access-since my laptop wouldn't connect to anything) so I could look up information about certain cars he would show me. Even though I did not end up buying a car there, I will end up recommending this dealership and Joey Chacon to others. I found the car I ended up buying at another dealership. I am very particular. I felt Joey went above and beyond wonderful service, and it was of NO Pressure! Thank You Kris Wilde More
Do not go to this dealer. They are not worried about helping you they are only worried about selling you the car that makes them the most money. I am so unhappy with the cars we purchased mind you we ar helping you they are only worried about selling you the car that makes them the most money. I am so unhappy with the cars we purchased mind you we are 10, 000+ upside down now in both of our cars we purchased from them. Also 3 weeks into having our suv we found out the gas gauge was broken and when we told them they just said it wasnt their problem anymore. I have bought many cars and paid off many abd this was the worst experience ever. More
I got a car from them that was a lemon and they wont do anything about fixing it. They sold the car to me with lot's of safety problems and they don't care, I have been calling them trying to have it fixed anything about fixing it. THIS IS FOR SALES DEPARTMENT: I just bought a car from these guys last month and I have to admit the service was better than okay, they skip the nonsense and answer your questions with facts, which made m these guys last month and I have to admit the service was better than okay, they skip the nonsense and answer your questions with facts, which made my car buying process relatively fast. That finance guy was real fast too, I just said I will take it and they asked me to wait inside and if I wanted a nice cold beverage, five minutes later the guy had the paperwork ready for me, even though he was fast he still took to the time to make sure I understood what iw as signing. The price they were offering was decent - more or less along the lines of what some dealer websites were offering. The overall I would say its not a bad place better than most other dealerships ive been too. More
I just bought my car last night and I am so happy!!!!
