I don’t remember his name, but he was a tall older white man. I liked the fact that he seemed like he knew what he was talking about which is a nice change from the two dealers we went to yesterday What was even better though was I was able to buy a used Explorer for 3k under the stickerprice! As a first time car buyer I was very nervous but not for long because Brian was awesome! I've never trusted someone selling something to me before. I wouldn't recomend this dealership to my worst enemy. They are nothing but a bunch of snake oil salesmen. We went in to purchase a vehicle. We informed the salesman exactly what price range we were looking for. He pronptly showed us a truck that was marked 9999.00 dollars greater then what we had. He promised that they would sell the vehicle to us for the amount we had. After waiting for over 2hours. The owners son came to us with a price 12000.00 dollars greater then we had. They did not reduce the price one cent from the marked price like the salesman had promised. We were extremely unsatisfied with the way they delt with are situation. I recomend going to the Buick/GMC dealership down the street. Atleast they were upfront and honest with us of what they had available. More
