Persevering to get the job done . This service call was interesting from the beginning to the end. Originally came in for an oil change tire rotation and to check to see if my passe . This service call was interesting from the beginning to the end. Originally came in for an oil change tire rotation and to check to see if my passenger side seat belt system was attached to security system. After several days and several twists and turns it was wrong to not have an alarm system when your side to build is not fastened. After much time and frustration was ascertain the motor vehicle a 2015 Ford expedition limited did not come with passenger seat to a warning system . After answering The service staff was friendly and helpful. Initially I booked an appointment online and was pleased they had an opening that morning. After answering a lengthy series of questions, the service writer never referenced the online data. What was the point of the online questioning? During the service, quotes suggesting additional repairs were provided via e-mail, and followed up via text. Both were good methods of communication. The shuttle service was good, but the information on how to get the shuttle was poor. I could have sat there for hours if I hadn't taken the initiative to find out what was going on. As far as extra work performed, I felt like the prices were very high so I chose only those add-ons that I was not willing or able to try to complete myself. More
