Future Ford took good care of me’ I had to bring my car in for an unscheduled repair. They took great care of me and my car, updating me throughout the day. When it turned out my car I had to bring my car in for an unscheduled repair. They took great care of me and my car, updating me throughout the day. When it turned out my car would need to stay overnight, they promptly sent a shuttle to take me to get my rental car. I was pleasantly surprised with their meet and greet once I drove up to the service area. I was attended quickly and was given the option of needing a ride back home. The service to my dead battery (still under warranty) was quick and was given a call once the work was done, which did not take the entire day! They were quick, courteous and provided great service from the moment I drove up to the moment I picked up my vehicle. It was nice for once! More
