Bad business Wasted my time and ran my credit so many times. Calls from finance to tell me to find someone who can be placed on the car with me. Lol. The dissatisfaction is because the first thing I did is do an application online. Also talked to representative and let them know that I just came back to work after a few months off. They assured me that my income would work and all sorts of other promises. Lol I already knew it was a lie. But why run my credit like that and when I attempted to bring the car back just yesterday. You assured me to keep it and you would work on financing. Then I was called the next day. Then told I can not be financed because I only had 1 check stub from a job that I have had for years and returned to. Lol. Please do not put yourself in this position. Get financing through your credit union or online before you deal with people that just want to sell a car and run game on you. Anyway blessings to all at this place and I definitely will not be back. More

Ask bout ur coverage package? So I bought my car in 2014 and have been taking it to ford of Clovis for all my oil changes since I bought my car there. I just found out last week b So I bought my car in 2014 and have been taking it to ford of Clovis for all my oil changes since I bought my car there. I just found out last week by one of there employees that took the time enough to look thru my file that I had a pre paid oil change package. I had never used before til that day. I asked why noone ever told me this information and she had no answer but assume since my car was not a ford vehicle that it might be the reason why noone bothered to look further into my file for 4 and half years! I cant even get my money back on my oil changes i paid out of pocket without knowing it was already covered thru my package i bought when i got my car! I need more advice on what else to do? More

Acfull Experience I took my 2015 Ford F150 for a Oil Change Couple months ago. They called me that my Truck was ready to be picked up. Well I picked it p drove it home I took my 2015 Ford F150 for a Oil Change Couple months ago. They called me that my Truck was ready to be picked up. Well I picked it p drove it home thinking everything was fine, got home and parked it in my garage. Don't really drive it much so couple days later I drove my truck and I started smelling burn oil so as soon as I got back home I open the hood to see if anything was wrong and what I saw was terrible. My Engine compartment was full of oil all over the place and what i noticed was that there was no oil cap on the engine. Thanks to FUTURE FORD OF CLOVIS i drove my truck for quite a few miles with no oil cap wich resulted in a big mess now my new truck was worst than an old vehicle with oil all over it. I called them and they apologize for their mistake and said they will take care of it that if i could find the oil cap in the engine ompartment to go ahead and put it on and drive it to them and that they will steam clean my engine, check for any issues that it might of cause and that they will fully detail my truck. Well i took it in yes they supposively clean my engine but not good at all i had to pay someone else out of pocket to get my engine clean, and they didnt even detail my truck at all really bad experience. I have picures of how my engine look thanks to them if i ever have issues with my engine as a result of driving it with not enough oil and with no oil cap its thanks to FUTURE FORD OF CLOVIS and they better take care of their mistake. so please people do not take your vehicles here for service if you dont want to deal with a really bad experience as i did. More

Nothing like my past experiences at car lots I'm used to the high pressure, salesman that doesn't really seem to care about me. That was the opposite of the treatment I received at Future Ford of I'm used to the high pressure, salesman that doesn't really seem to care about me. Crooks These people are crooks. My car wouldn't start so I took it in for one of their $150 diagnosis. They told me my PCM was bad and needed over $1100 To r These people are crooks. I asked them to show me how they got to that conclusion and they couldn't find the paperwork. They simply expected me to fork over the cash without any proof. Car is running like a champ after simply replacing a $25 sensor. Never taking my car there again! Stay away More
