Brought a car to tradein and I was told that a qualified for a loan and could purchase new car. 3 weeks later my tradein is still not paid off, I still don't have a loan and was asked to come in and bring for a loan and could purchase new car. 3 weeks later my tradein is still not paid off, I still don't have a loan and was asked to come in and bring in additional financial paperwork and that everything would be okay now, and to sign a new contract because got even better loan. 9 days later, called back to tell me that I had no loan, that my tradein car is now 45-50 days late in payments and is about to be repo'ed, AND I need to bring the car I purchased back - 11/17/2010. In fact, they demanded that I returned the car that they told me was financed and that it was mine and that they were being generous when they offered me $300 to pay on my tradein car's late payments. My friend researched this company and found that is is Ford's common practice to promise loans and cars to people, rewrite the loans, charge clients for detailing, not pay for the tradeins THEN, demand cars back, charge for detailing and any bumps or scratches and/or not give back money deposited on the car that they supposedly financed. And, they run your credit scores into the ground trying to get the loans financed. Lousy company. More

Chris got me a great deal on an F150 and I love it! There was a scratch in the paint and he set up an appointment for me to get it fixed and helped me through the whole process.
