WOW, that kind of sums it up. I hate buying new cars, in fact when I pulled up to the dealership I thought here we go this is going to be a high pressure sales pitch. The experience we encountered made us a Future Ford customer forever. We were given the best deal possible and even parted with our 1996 Explorer that we had driven since 1996.
