I already knew that I wanted to trade in my old Escape for the new one. I was shocked at all of the new changes Ford made to the Escape. So much and fuel efficient. I purchased my 2013 ford F-150 FX-4 Ecoboost from Future Ford and love it. Chris Benincosa found me my truck with all equipment I wanted in my truck and more. Travis Hamilton really went out of their way to Ford and love it. Chris Benincosa found me my truck with all equipment I wanted in my truck and more. Travis Hamilton really went out of their way to work out the details so that I could afford my new truck. Vinnie Sinatra has been especially helpful in helping me figure out all the tech data, on how to work all the gadgets the truck came with. Overall Yes I would Definitely recommend Future Ford to others. Since I drove off the lot with my truck, I have been getting nothing but compliments on my new F-150 FX-4 with Ecoboost. The service was excellent from beginning to end. My experience began with a phone call from Walter Diamond to inquire if I was still in the market for a vehicle and to share the dealer incentives. I was then able to get my favorite salesperson Chris Benincosa to help me with the sales process which he very efficiently streamlined and immediately identified the F150, 4x4 at the right price and maximized my trade in and dealer incentives. Marcos Cruz walked us through all the paperwork and warranty info. He also maximized our incentives and is in the process of checking paper work on the old vehicle to see if any warranties are still active and refundable to us. Great service by all staff but without Chris this deal would not have be finalized so timely. I look forward to working with all staff in the future. Especially with the new service warranty that covers all maintenance. Patrick More

When we began our search for a new vehicle, we used the Internet. We were just looking and deciding what we might want. They were never pushy and took the time to listen to our likes, dislikes and concerns. Very honest in their selling practices. Thye were not just telling us what we wanted to hear. They went above and beyond to make sure we were confident with our decisions. We puchased a Ford Edge and are glad we did. This vehicle fits our lifestyle.
