Drive the extra 20 minutes to Vacaville The extremely rude and disrespectful service employee Walter kept accusing me of not being able to pay for my maintenance (it was only am oil change). The whole time I told him I bought the maintenance package when I purchased my vehicle. He said multiple times, "I will not be able to give you your car back until the oil change is paid for." I told him I understand that what I've been telling you is that I bought the package with the vehicle. Not sure if it was because I'm a women and he is an old xxxxx that can't hear but worst customer service ever. More

Very friendly service. My one big huge complaint is that the temperature inside was uncomfortably cold. I almost walked out, it was that cold. The day I purchased my car hap My one big huge complaint is that the temperature inside was uncomfortably cold. I almost walked out, it was that cold. The day I purchased my car happened to be a cold day to boot which made things worse. The next time I do decide to shop at this dealership I’m going to make sure it’s a nice day. Not too hot or cold. I appreciate the tv, comfy couch, coffee machine, etc. But it was too cold, in speaking with employees the owner always keeps the place uncomfortably cold. The whole purchase took 5 hours which I was prepared to spend that long there but once again I did not expect it to be so xxxx cold. Hopefully I get my message across to the owner and he has a little compassion on us (his customers) and not make it miserable while we wait to sign our life away. My salesman, Randy, is the best. He’s super friendly, and helpful, extremely knowledgeable about the dodge brand, and it was a pleasure doing business with him and Johnny. More
