Excellent experience We told Randy how our Dodge Van was totaled, while parked in front of our house, and how we needed to replace it ASAP. He showed us the only one they had, and we took it for a test drive. Unfortunately it didn’t have a few options that we needed. The next morning he called and told us he had our Van! When we got to the dealership not only did the Van have the options we needed, it had all the bells and whistles! My truck I brought my 2013 Dodge Ram to the service department at momentum in Fairfield and was greeted as soon as I walked into the service department by serv I brought my 2013 Dodge Ram to the service department at momentum in Fairfield and was greeted as soon as I walked into the service department by servicemen Greg Rhoads who was quick to get my truck in there shop and have it looked at. I was contacted shortly after getting back home that there was an issue with the water pump and that it would need to be replaced and it will be covered under warranty. He would have to order one but I can use my truck until the part arrived. About a week. Just a couple of days later Greg contacted me and informed me my part was in. He scheduled it for repairs the same week. during my visit I also had the opportunity to meet the service manager JT who was very friendly and asked me if was happy with the outcome of my visit and if their was any else he could do for me. I’ve never been to a dealership that was so on their game as the people I met at dodge. My thanks to both JT and Greg for making my visit quick and easy.👍 More

I understand that business was brisk, but if that is the case, hire someone else to answer phone inquires. I need to know if my car is out of service for 1 or 2 days, or 1 or 2 weeks. The car was detailed really quite nicely before I left, something you don't always get. More
