They did not do my oil change they wanted to charge me $120. I left that place and I would not recomendable that pases at all. More

Helpful sales rep, never buying from here again. I had been looking online for at the deaelership for a few weeks and saw a great deal. There was a Jeep rebate and a dealer discount listed online. I went in on a Sunday and test drove a Jeep and was quoted a price with the rebates and dealer discounts. I didn’t buy at the time because I was still looking and I was going to sell my car. I did not sell my car to the dealership because I was offered an extremely low amount for the year, condition and mileage of my car. I came back later in the week and test drove a different Jeep and was quoted another price. This time I was only quoted with the rebates. We asked why the dealer discount was not included, we were told it was because of a “glitch” in the online website. This “glitch” was on the website for a few weeks! A glitch?? If this was a glitch and you’ve know about it why wasn’t this fixed already? My husband even overheard the sales manager saying “oh they want all the discounts?” I don’t understand how you advertise something and don’t have the nerve to honor it. There were no disclosures on the website as to how these discounts were earned. We were so mad we told them we would need to think about it. Before we left they said they were honor all the discounts and were told it was because we were in earlier in the week and were quoted at those prices. The only reason we still bought from this dealership is because Randy was very patient and helpful throughout the buying process. He pulled multiple cars out on the day I bought the car as I was still having a hard time picking out the color. This was also the only dealership I found with those discounts. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone as the sales department does not look out for the customers they are helping. I understand the sales rep that shows you the car has no control over the numbers but the managers do. If I didn’t know about the discounts online they would have tried to charge me full price for the car. I would not have gone to this dealership if I found a similar deal somewhere else. More
