Phenomenal Experience I was recommended this location through a recall agent. I was greeted and set as number 1 priority. I enjoyed a cup of coffee and went home as my serv I was recommended this location through a recall agent. I was greeted and set as number 1 priority. The folks at the dealership returned my car in tip top shape. More
Poor service & unprofessional sales people Service was going downhill the LAST time I took my vehicles to this dealership. I was willing to wait beyond my schedule appointment time because the Service was going downhill the LAST time I took my vehicles to this dealership. I was willing to wait beyond my schedule appointment time because the dealership was generous enough to do free oil changes for military on Thursdays. When I called to schedule my vehicles this time, I was informed they no longer do complimentary oil changes on thursdays, but they offer 15% discount. I’m ok with that, so I scheduled my car and my truck for servicing. My husband took the car in at 1020 for our 1045 SCHEDULED appointment. He called me at 1230 and said the car still hadn’t been serviced. There was no apology, no explanation other than “yeah, we have a lot to do today.” They used to run the car through the car wash before returning it, not anymore AND, the car’s alignment is totally effed! Sure as xxxx wasnt that way before we took it in! In addition to deteriorating service, and no sense of what a schedule is and how it works, the sales personnel are completely unprofessional. We have taken our car and truck to this dealership for 3 years. It never fails that we get harassing (yes, HARASSING) phone calls from sales members trying to talk us into trading our cars in. This time, they not only called, but texted as well. We have told them from DAY ONE that we are not interested in trading our vehicles and to not call us about the matter again. Apparently nobody got the message. We will NOT be returning to this dealership for ANY reason. I will drive to another dealership for any of my vehicle needs, especially if I decide to get a new vehicle. I would not give these pushy, unprofessional individuals my business if they were the last dodge dealership in town. More

Key Fob issue. It work to start van I was assisted by Gregory Rhoads. He was absolutely awesome! Even though I presented a recall notice on the Key Fob, I was still very apprehensive about what the cost was going to be. Gregory was very professional and courteous and stayed it probably was the key but a diagnostic would be done if not. Hallelujah! It was the fob! It cost me nothing Which was a Godsend! This is my 2nd van from Momentum! Gregory Rhoads You rock!!! Thank you so much. I had my van back within a couple of hours! My courtesy driver, Guillermo was also just as friendly and courteous. Did not honor promotion I schedule an appointment online for Travis Thursday for the military free oil change special. Upon completion of the service I was charged $65 only I schedule an appointment online for Travis Thursday for the military free oil change special. Upon completion of the service I was charged $65 only because they had taken 20% off what I was supposed to get charged. I’ve done this service several times and to receive a charge was unexpected and due to my busy work schedule, my time was more valuable than staying there arguing. I was just disappointed at the situation. More
I would give 0 stars if possible! This place has been horrible! They have had my vehicle on and off for over a month problem still not fixed! Also with other issues arising because of that problem! We were so frustrated we went to the GM (Fazel) and he was very rude and dismissive. He never let us explain everything that was going on and if we tried to say something he cut us off and told us, this is how its going be. A quote from him was "I am not asking you, I am telling you this is how its going to be!" We have tried reaching out to the C.O.O. of the company. No word from him either. We are going on 2 months with our vehicle, we have a due bill stating they would fix the problem, and its not fixed. We were "guaranteed" it would be fixed a certain day, and SURPRISE!!!! We still have not heard from this dealership. I would never recommend this place to anyone! More
