I needed to get a recall fixed at this location for a state car and the service people know that some departments don't not require approval for repairs up to a certain amount. Each time I went in with t state car and the service people know that some departments don't not require approval for repairs up to a certain amount. Each time I went in with the car, I ALWAYS left with a quote just under that amount for additional repairs. Not once were these repairs mentioned at a previous visit--always something new. I would never get my personal car worked on at this location. One visit while I was waiting for repairs in their lobby, every single customer also waiting needed to have an air filter changed--dI do not consider that a coincidence. More
