The initial process went fine. Until we went in to talk numbers then all of a sudden there was an add on item that wasn't in the window sticker. That just about blew the deal. Julian and Shanel were great to work with. He worked with me and had great customer service skills! Shanel was easy to work with as well. Shane was a little bit more difficult to work with and He worked with me and had great customer service skills! Shanel was easy to work with as well.
