Drove up took awhile to be welcomed. Even with appointment took forever to get car in bay for a tech. When got car back had a scratch on door. They blamed me for it. I really hate to give this rating but I was pretty disgusted with all the oily/greasy hand prints on the fenders and hood of our Camaro after an oil change. Hard to believe that the mechanic wouldn’t disgusted with all the oily/greasy hand prints on the fenders and hood of our Camaro after an oil change. Hard to believe that the mechanic wouldn’t have used fender skirts to avoid damage to the vehicles finish. Shows me lack of respect and poor quality of workmanship. Wife picked car up and I didn’t notice until next morning, brought it back next day. I do however want to acknowledge Trevor, service writer, on his concern and actions to remedy the situation. We’ve always had good experiences with Trevor and that will keep us returning for any future services that we may require. Sorry for the 3 star rating but the mechanic? failed you on this one. More
