Maisen was phenomenal, a real star of the process and pricing. Ended up with a great price (I couldn't find any better within 800 miles and I really looked all over California), quick (same day!) lease a pricing. Ended up with a great price (I couldn't find any better within 800 miles and I really looked all over California), quick (same day!) lease agreement on just the Equinox EV I wanted. Trae was helpful with final documents. A nice fella from Finance (Tony?) helped with a final issue making sure I was safe and ready to drive away. They charged it up for me (though the charge limiting was set at 75% and I'd rather have gotten 100% but that's a minor quibble) and got me in and out of dealership faster than any other car buying experience I've ever had. No unnecessary pressure about add-ons or any of that malarkey. Just good pricing and quick service. Only wish they were my local dealership, but well worth the drive to get there. More
