2012 Durango Well it was finally time to trade in the '99 Cherokee. We met with Ryan Stewart to look at a Commander, but after a test drive, it wasn't what I was Well it was finally time to trade in the '99 Cherokee. We met with Ryan Stewart to look at a Commander, but after a test drive, it wasn't what I was expecting. She showed us a Liberty, along with a Grand Cherokee. After test driving both of those, I decided I wasn't really liking the new Jeep models in general. I explained exactly what I was looking for, and she recommended one of the newer Durangos. She guessed right. I test drove a 2013 and liked it, then test drove a 2012 they had at their Lake Elmo location just down the road, and liked that one even more. After deciding on that one, working with Ryan on the paperwork and with Janelle on the financing was quick, easy, and painless. The only issues with the vehicle itself were a crack in the windshield (which Ryan arranged to have replaced promptly at no extra charge), and a missing floor mat (which she replaced with a new set of the WeatherTech mats, again at no extra charge). Overall, Fury is a great dealership, with a great crew to work with. Ryan’s top priority was making sure I drove out of there with a vehicle I was happy with, and she did a great job with that. When it’s time for the next vehicle, I’ll definitely be coming back. More

I could not believe how fast Janelle got the paper work together. Mandie did an excellent job in getting everything together for me as well. She was very proficient and honest, she even cared enough about my safety that they put brand new tires on the car because I had to drive the car 1251 miles back to Houston , Texas. Jose was wonderful. He was the guy that picked me up from the airport, he was on time. I walked right out and got in the van..no wait!!! Special thanks to the Manager Mikki because she called the final shots and made me very happy customer, before I could even finish asking her what I wanted, the word yes rolled right off her tongue. Einar met us on the lot as we were just walking thru and right away was very pleasant and was not pressuring us. We picked a handful of vehicles to look at and decided to test drive 2 of them. Einar was more than happy to take multiple drives with us and let us choose what vehicle we liked the most instead of pushing us towards a certain one. After a couple of days of thinking we went in to purchase the Journey. Einar still did not pressure us on getting the paperwork going. Instead he took the time to make sure it was the car for us. Working with Einar was one of the best experiences I have had with a salesman. Even though we had a pretty good set back, and I think we scared Einar a little bit, it was still a pleasure working with him on buying our car.
