This situation could have made us a target for any unsavory salesperson. In fact, we had been working with another dealer and it wasn't going well. We stopped into Fury and met Brad Wheeler. Immediately we felt at ease and knew that Brad would treat us well. We couldn't have been more pleased. We got the vehicle we wanted at a fair price and also got a great trade-in value. Brad never made us feel pressured or uncomfortable. He is easy going and pleasant. The woman that helped us with financing was also amazing. I wish they had replace both tie rod ends, not just one. I also wished they had performed wheel alignment, The additional $500 we spent was in the budget, but not the time spent for the repairs. It also cost us an additional day of car rental ($95.00). As always Buyer beware in every deal. More

Used Minivan purchase I used my banks car buying service to search for a minivan. The service located multiple minivans meeting my needs at Fury. When I called the phone number for Fury, I was greeted by Cheryl who handles the E-Pricing. Cheryl discussed options with me and helped me to locate multiple vehicles within Fury's three locations. Once we identified a vehicle I wanted to test drive, Cheryl set up everything with a sales person at the dealership and told me to ask for Cathy. Once I arrived at Fury in Stillwater I noticed the vehicle I was interested in parked up front, running, and ready for me. Cathy Campbell greeted me by name once I walked in the front door. Cathy sat with me in the vehicle for 10 or 15 minutes before my test drive and explained all the instruments and features of the vehicle. She covered everything from downloading music to stowing the seats. After my test drive, Cathy walked me through the rest of the process. Not having purchased a vehicle for 10 yeas, this was very welcomed. The pricing I received online was what I paid at the dealership; there were no surprises. Paul from finance helped me complete the purchase, which took about 30 minutes. Paul went through options for extended warranties, explained the taxes and licensing, and sent me on my way. I was expecting the extended warranty to be a sales pitch, but it was not at all. Paul showed me the options and then left me to choose. Once the transaction was completed I walked out of the finance office and my vehicle was sitting in the showroom with Cathy waiting for me. Before I left Cathy Synced my cell phone with the minivan's blue tooth, asked if I had any further questions, and sent me on my way. This was a really good experience and I didn't feel pressured at any time. The Stillwater Fury location is a new and very nice building. More
