We found ourselves with an immediate need for a convertible so our daughter (recently crowned) could ride on the back of it for the summer parade season. Tom really came through for us by finding us the perfect car at an affordable price and giving us the maximum for our trade. We typically don't make snap decisions so we wanted to think about it overnight. Tom said he would instruct his staff to lay down in front of the car if anybody tried to buy it before we came back. I doubt that really happened, but sure enough the car was still there the next day and we completed the transaction. The whole process went flawlessly. Tom is a very giving, honest, civic minded person and the Saint Paul area is blessed to have him as part of their community. Thanks Tom. More

I cannot use my legs to drive and found the perfect vehicle to suit my needs at Fury Motors on 12/16/11. I was working the Ian, a salesmen and put money down on a vehicle. I made Ian and their finance department aware that I would be using the VA Vehicle Grant to help pay for the new vehicle. A few weeks later, while waiting for the VA to approve the grant, I received a text message from the Ian advising me that they had sold the car and I could no longer purchase it. I called Fury Motors and spoke to the sales manager who told me that another man had put money down on the car and was picking it up the next day. There was nothing I could do. The dealership had all my original paperwork still and I will need to re-apply for the Grant again in order to purchase another vehicle. This dealership really let me down, and didn't attempt to communicate with me prior to selling the car out from underneath me. I would not advise any of my friends to work with this dealership due to how they treated a wounded Marine. I am spreading word around the Hospital here, which is where I live while I recover, to not shop here. They do not honor their commitments to customers. Be aware of this before you shop here. There are many other dealerships in the Twin City area that still respect their customers. More
It was frustrating to work with this dealership, the salesman stated he never checked his emails. After a few days he finally checked in with me for a follow up. After expressing interest in the vehicle and wanting to discuss working out a deal together he never called me back like he said he was going too!! I don't understand this kind of business. I don't have the time or the energy to work with someone who isn't truly interested in working with me to sell me a car. When I went back on line to look at the car it was already sold. I will never return here and will tell others to do the same. More
Had the service department fix a couple things under warrantee and some additional general maintenance work done. After getting the vehicle back we found the work done was shabby at best. We had to bring the vehicle back to have the work completed. I stood and watched the mechanic add almost three quarts of fluid to the transmission because the mechanic didn't add enough transmission fluid from the beginning. The gear lube that had leaked out onto the rear break assembly was never cleaned off after the new axle seal was installed. I have no confidence in the work being performed. Also, I tried to buy a factory interior part for my vehicle and the parts guy said he couldn't sell me ANY parts without my vin #. I went to a different dealership and had no problem buy the part. I would NEVER do business with this dealership again! More
