I went into fury motors and found Marty Berg right away. He had already done some hunting for me because my mother and myself told him what I was looking for. On arrival he had for cars picked out. After visiting the Twin Cities Auto Show, I had my eye on the newly styled Dodge Durango. Dominic did a great job laying out all the Durango's features and the various trim levels. I viewed a used car on the dealers web site that had cruise control listed as one of the options for the vehical. When I took the car for a test ride around Lake Elmo the salesman told me the car had cr cruise control listed as one of the options for the vehical. When I took the car for a test ride around Lake Elmo the salesman told me the car had cruise control. The next day when I picked up the car and was driving it home I tried to use the cruise control and could not figure it out. So when I got home I called the saleman and after a couple of weeks they told me the car does not have cruise control and they were sorry but there is nothing they can do for me. The General Manager of the car lot claims that a third party dose there website postings and that they make mistake often and the dealership can't be responsible for that. The posting for my car includes a vin number and pictures of my car, so how come the options don't match? This seems like bate and switch. More
