Just purchased a 2012 Chrysler Town & Country Touring-L. The dealership facility is very nice and they have a lot of vehicles on-site. My wife and I drove about 3.5 hours to purchase this van. Everything was great when we arrived, except we the vehicle had a chipped windshield, which we weren't told about. With a bit of discussion, Hayes came down enough in price to cover the windshield, so we were happy. The only thing holding us from rating this a "top car buying experience" are the missing floormats from the van, which were in the Internet photos. Hopefully the dealership will get those sent to us soon, and I'll update this posting accordinly. Very friendly service from Amy and Megan. This dealership is worth a try!! More

We know numerous people that have purchased vehicles from Fury Motors over the years, including immediate family members. Joe was a great guy! He was very professional, but still very relaxed, casual, and friendly while dealing with us. He didn't try to get us to spend more than we could afford, and he was never pushy. We initially left without buying, indicating we wanted to "sleep on it". Joe kept in touch with us, and made sure all of our questions were answered before buying. We got a great deal on our Jeep, and the finance guy was as equally friendly. It was probably one of the best car-buying experiences we've had. More

I knew what Jeep I wanted and it was just a matter of if I could get the Jeep for the price I wanted. Throughout my process I worked with the nicest and most down to earth salesman named Joe “Jo Jo” Leonard. He took ample time explaining every little detail to me and was dealing on the price for several weeks. No matter how many questions I asked and believe me I asked a ton, Jo Jo was there every step of the way to help. Jo Jo made this car deal fun and exciting and I’m truly glad after months of shopping I finally found someone who understood what I wanted and never stopped trying until he got me in the Jeep I wanted! Amy was very helpful in answering all of my questions and explaining vehicle features and the different options. I ended up with a vehicle that met all of my needs and my preferred options, down to my preferred color. I had searched other dealerships prior to going to Fury and noticed that Fury's selection was superior. They were also fair with my trade-in, were competitively priced, and had many good financing options available. Overall, I got a good deal on the vehicle I wanted and Fury made the entire process very easy and painless. More

I just purchased a used 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Because it is an older vehicle I decided to have Fury take a look at it and let me know if anything was wrong. ( I have had the Jeep a week). On my way there everything was working fine however, when the inspection was done and my car was given back I was told that the windows and doorlocks did not work. ( funny how they did on the way there.. ( I smoke so the windows were rolled down) I asked them to look at it and fix it being it wasn't that way when I arrived. I was told no, that it would cost me about $300.00 and that the wiring system probably broke from the tech going in and out of the vehicle. What type of tech is so rough on a door they break the wiring. I was told its not their problem and sent home in a car that is in worse shape then went I go there. So unfair... Would not recommend this dealerhsip for the life of me... More

I'm not sure what kind of tactics or game this dealership is playing, but if you're planning to go here I'd do some research into the company first. Went here to buy a used car and was passed from person to person because they claimed they were busy with other customers. I saw 6 salesmen sitting around or talking with each other. The last person I was passed onto told me the car was being detailed and washed, that he would go check on the status of the car. 5 mins later he comes back and tells me the car won't be ready until the next day, and for me to come back. A dealership that will play these types of games before even purchasing a vehicle can definitely not be trusted. More

I bought a 2010 Jeep Liberty Sport back in February 2012 and a couple of months after my initial purchase the wheel bearing needed to be replaced. I brought it to the service department to have it repaired and a couple of months after my initial purchase the wheel bearing needed to be replaced. I brought it to the service department to have it repaired under warranty. The mechanic heated it up with a torch and pounded it with a hammer to loosen it! This is totally the wrong way to take a wheel bearing off and I even verified that with my local mechanic. My husband even tried to argue this with Chris and he walked away while my husband was talking to him. About a month later I brought the Jeep in to my local mechanic to have the oil changed and the wheels rotated and he noticed the locking lugnut off the wheel of the bearing that was replaced was missing. I called the service department and he says he has to replace the entire set so I have to drive all the way down AGAIN! This is not a short drive from where I live not to mention the face that I am 5 months pregnant! Needless to say I will never to business with this dealership again and I am spreading the word! More
