I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze Eco, from Gary Hanken about two months ago. Gary was not only very easy to work with, and extremely friendly, but he knew me better than I knew myself. I spent about 5 min about two months ago. Gary was not only very easy to work with, and extremely friendly, but he knew me better than I knew myself. I spent about 5 minutes telling Gary what I was trying to accomplish, and he went and grabbed the Cruze and told me to drive it. It fit my needs perfectly! He walked me through every step of the process, making sure that I was on the same page and was not confused, which was very nice as buying a car can be a confusing process. He also followed up with me after the sale to ensure that I was happy with my purchase, I have never encountered that level of customer service before in my life! I will definitely be coming back to Gary and Fury Motors for my next purchase, and I have already referred a friend to them that bought a new car as well! More

I am pleased with the vehicle I purchased but displeased with my sales associate. I walked into the dealership knowing what vehicle I wanted, and I was already financed. My problem is he knew I didn't want any other finance company I liked my interest rate. He lied to the finance guy and told him I wanted the best rate and my credit was ran 7 times without my knowledge. I am working on getting my credit rating up but I was very upset with the fact that he went behind my back and had my credit ran that many times. It was uncalled for knowing that I was already to sign by the time I walked in. I am aware that these inquiries only are on my credit for a year but it was not necessary for them to run my credit the way that the saleman did it. I would go back to Fury as long as I don't have to deal with that particular salesman. More
