Great Experience, Will be recommending! (Ask for Blane!) I had been on the hunt for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. I had a friend that leased a Jeep from Fury Motors so I thought I would get online and look I had been on the hunt for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. I had a friend that leased a Jeep from Fury Motors so I thought I would get online and look at their options. I had driven in their lot earlier but did not see the vehicle I was looking for so I did go to quite a few different dealerships. I submitted an inquiry and received a call from Derek who scheduled a test drive for me later that day. Blane later called me to let me know he would be assisting me. I arrived at the dealership and the vehicle was ready to test drive. During the drive, Blane asked me questions to make sure that this was in fact the type of vehicle that was a great fit for me. The test drive was stress free and I didn't feel like I was being given a sales pitch. I could tell Blane was the type of salesman that believes in the value of building a relationship instead of making a sell. This was the first vehicle I purchased and Blane walked me through the entire process and made me feel at ease about making the purchase after I decided that I loved the vehicle. I was able to put a deposit down and come back the next day. It meant SO much to me that I have the option to go home and sleep on this decision prior to making a purchase. Bob in financing did an excellent job as well. I had to be at work by noon and he was able to find me the financing that worked best for me and get me to work on time! After leaving the lot, Blane made sure to answer any questions (call or text) I had regarding how to work certain features of the vehicle. Recently I had purchased a 2016 Ram, this was my fault where I missed the heated steering/seats and I was reading a pick sheet indicating the truck I was purchasing had it, when I made my sales associates Skyler and Amy aware that I missed this just before I was going to sign papers, they quickly found me the correct Ram truck and finance didn't complain that they had already had paperwork ready. I got the truck I wanted still the same day and they still did that with a smile. More
