He was able to find something right away on the lot we were at. We took a test drive of the 2015 Grand Cherokee. He was very helpful in answering our questions during the test drive. We walked away from the test drive feeling important. Once we made our decision to purchase the vehicle everything went very smoothly. The only thing I notice after we had left with the vehicle was that the tank of gas was just at 1/4 tank. I would have thought that the tank would have been full after spending that amount of money. It would have been nice for that to have been filled especially with it being winter and very cold at this time. More
Defect - not willing to take problem seriously. We bought a brand new Ram 1500 Hemi, and before we even hit 3,000 miles the main screen/uconnect started freezing up when starting vehicle, rendering We bought a brand new Ram 1500 Hemi, and before we even hit 3,000 miles the main screen/uconnect started freezing up when starting vehicle, rendering the bluetooth, backup camera, radio and everything else useless. We're on our 3rd visit to the dealership service center, where the manager has been at times obtuse, has differing stories and can't fix the problem. We explained the malfunction begins while starting the vehicle, yet they've put a combined 260 miles on the vehicle, when driving around won't reveal the problem. We've basically been told to leave them alone and buzz off. I took a video of the problem, while driving, to prove the problem exist, yet their GM isn't even courteous enough to return our calls, instead he has service manager call and angrily tell us they can't find any problem with the vehicle. Service manager has been increasingly rude, resulting in a recent shouting match between him and I. Meanwhile, I'm a customer who paid $40K for a new vehicle, regardless if they think it's a big problem or not, their standoffish and crappy attitude towards us is uncalled for. My wife and I didn't manufacture the truck, you'd think someone who paid this kind of money for a new vehicle would maybe be treated a little better. Will never deal with them again and will spread the word for the rest of my life. More

Yes the ultimate prize was the new vehicle but I have heard many a horror stories of people getting new vehicle and the experience sucked. Great car buying experience! I went in to try out a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and though I liked it the price was a bit higher than expected. I found a Ford Fusion online and call TJ about it. He said to come in and we would look into financing. To my surprise the car was sitting outside ready for to take for a test drive. I instantly fell in love with the car and it was mine! TJ and Joe in Financing did an amazing job! I would recommend them to anyone! More
