Bought a new Pacifica We were at the end of our lease on our 2014 Chrysler T&C, and checking out our options to either buy out our lease, or lease a new vehicle. Initially we were thinking we would buy out our T&C, and lease a new car again when the lease was up on our 200. Then we started thinking about doing the reverse - leasing a new van and buying out the lease on our 200 when it was up. We weren't sure which would be the best way to go, but started leaning toward leasing a new van and buying out our 200 when the time came. I called Karen Garcia at Fury in South St. Paul to get her input (we've worked with her for several years - she's fantastic). She pulled up our info, we went through the numbers, and she suggested we lease a new van and buy out the 200 when the time came - we were in agreement, and Karen confirmed our reasoning was sound. We had already been in once to check out the new Pacifica, and liked what we saw (we were waiting for traffic to die down after picking up our 200 after an oil change. Amy talked with us for a while and pointed us towards the Pacificas in the showroom. She was also kind enough to pull our 200 up to the front of the building.) We set up a time to meet with Karen and go over some details, and check out the Pacifica. As always, she did a fantastic job explaining the differences between our T&C and the Pacifica. A short time later it was only a matter of color choice. The Pacifica was a great replacement for our T&C - a smoother, quieter ride, and much roomier - all wins for us as we have special needs children, and I'm extremely tall. We then went to financing to square things away there. Bob also did a fantastic job running down numbers, discussing options and took the time to answer all of our finance questions. A short time later we were driving home in our new Pacifica. I know I use the word fantastic a lot, but it's the best word to describe the folks that we have worked with at Fury in South St. Paul. We've been back for 5 vehicles - there's a reason for it...the job they all do - especially Karen. More
