Bought my jeep here because it was the best local option due to inventory, certainly not service. Was completely gaslit by the saleswoman--not only on my jeep that we had THOROUGHLY researched before enter due to inventory, certainly not service. Was completely gaslit by the saleswoman--not only on my jeep that we had THOROUGHLY researched before entering the dealership, yet the saleswoman just COMPLETELY outright lied to us on many topics. She then thought it was somehow a good idea to gaslight my husband on his recent truck purchase too, literally insisting models existed with certain features that they literally did NOT. Like, WHY?! We had DONE our own research (thank god) so didn't buy into her blatantly false information or feel the need to argue with her about it but what a BIZARRE "customer service" experience that was--like visiting the twilight zone. Since then, I've had horrible experiences during oil changes at this location--even with an appointment they held me hostage for over 3 hours waiting for my standard oil change to be done & get my keys back. Absolutely would not recommend, particularly our saleswoman. More
