Awful mechanics Took my truck to get the oil pressure, check engine light, and power steering leak fixed. Got the truck back no power steering so had to take it back. No oil pressure and check engine light is back. So I don’t know what they did but only thing is fixed is power steering now. It seems like they don’t check anything before saying it’s really fixed More

They are good for things like oil and tire changes/rotations Brought the truck to dealer to get tires and oiled changed. They called me saying my ball joints wouldn't pass inspection and that I needed to pay th Brought the truck to dealer to get tires and oiled changed. They called me saying my ball joints wouldn't pass inspection and that I needed to pay them $1500 more for upper and lower ball joints. Told them I'd call back after I shop around. My local mechanic would do it for $718 and that was with Spicer upper control arm and lower ball joints on both sides of the truck. Parts were $315 for parts that had lifetime warranty. Fords parts had a 2 year warranty on them. When I called the service manager back I told him I decline the service and I'd go elsewhere. He then proceeded to ask me what price it would take to keep my business. I told him that the price offered initially should have been the lowest price he could have offered and that I didn't appreciate their way of doing business. You need an oil change or tire rotation?
