NO SERVICE Took for Ford Focus in for a recall as well as a clutch reset (issues from Mass Action lawsuit). Fulton Ford proceeded to tell me there was not a rec Took for Ford Focus in for a recall as well as a clutch reset (issues from Mass Action lawsuit). Fulton Ford proceeded to tell me there was not a recall on the car, even though the letter was in the car, and that the #'s were not bad enough at this time to do a reset on the transmission. Admitted there was something wrong, but not bad enough to do anything about it. In addition, would not document or even give a receipt of the services for that day because did not want any record of it because of the Mass Action lawsuit. More

Tire repair I ran over a nail and I could hear the air coming out pretty quick. They got my car in and repaired the tire....back on the road within 30 minutes.
