Left very happy!!! We bought a new car last year here and after a accident that totaled out our car we reach out to Fulton Ford for help. Repair by guesswork On my way from St. Louis to San Diego my Ford SporTrac starting cutting like water in gas. Made to nearest Futon Ford who after two hours diagnosis said wire was shorted out and ran jumper wire. After leaving Fulton Ford who assured me my truck was fixed for $199 (and motel bill) , I drove less than an hour and it started cutting out again. Had to spend the night at motel in Conroy, MO and called the Ford dealer in Marshfield. They thought it was fuel filter, $107 (plus hotel) later I drove about 40 miles when it started doing the same thing. Now I was in Springfield after three days and three different Missouri Ford dealers with same unresolved problem. More
Wanted to charge for unnecessary repairs Took car in to see what was wrong with the front end. I new I needed tires and alignment. They wanted to replace the front end charging around $1000. I took it some place else got tires and alignment and checked out. Nothing wrong with front end. New tires and alignment about $500. Said I will never go back or recommend anyone to go. Especially females. New owners same old BS. More
Sloppy work Took our Lincoln Navigator in for A/C repair. They filled it with Freon, charged us $110, and sent us on our way. The A/C worked fine for a day, and didn't work the next day. Took it back, and the discovered a hose that was broken and had to be ordered. Eleven days later they are able to replace the hose (another $575), but forgot to reinstall the engine cover when the work is done. How someone can work on a vehicle and not notice something wrong when there are parts left over when the job is completed - especially a large black plastic engine cover - is incomprehensible. More

This is coming from him because my son decided not to buy a vehicle from him. Why would a salesman better yet a sales manager tell my son as he throws his keys back to him that he will see him in court AND tell me on the phone on how I should be raising my children. When did that become his job??? Why would somebody who should be in a professional manner throw tantrums in front of my son and yelling at me on how I should be raising my kids....and better yet, slams the phone down on me....not a good experience and would NOT recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
