Not the best Took my 2018 F150 in for a problem with the radio / info center in the middle of the dash and a starting issue . Was told it needed a Sync update and Took my 2018 F150 in for a problem with the radio / info center in the middle of the dash and a starting issue . Was told it needed a Sync update and the battery tested bad . Left the truck overnight because the dealership didn’t have a replacement battery ( that seemed strange to me , that a dealership didn’t have a battery) . The next afternoon I had not heard from them so I Called the service dept. my truck had not been brought in to have the battery replaced but ask that I give them 30 minutes and it would be complete. When I arrived an hour and a half later I was told it wasn’t done when in fact it was done . Just seems very odd that dealership doesn’t stock a battery for a vehicle it sells daily and the service writer I dealt with didn’t really impress me at all More

DON'T BUY A USED CAR HERE WARNING - DON'T BUY USED CARS HERE. Unfortunately didn't read reviews on these crooks before buying a used SUV from them. We had to get the t WARNING - DON'T BUY USED CARS HERE. Unfortunately didn't read reviews on these crooks before buying a used SUV from them. We had to get the transmission rebuilt (over $2,800), oil pan gasket replaced (~$200), and it's going in the shop tomorrow to get an antifreeze leak fixed. When we bought the vehicle about 3 weeks ago, they said that the noise we heard during thet test drive was not the transmission, but a vibration coming from a heat shield (it was the transmission). They also said their mechanics look over all their used vehicles in detail before they sell them. Either their mechanics are completely incompetent, or they knew about the issues and still sold us a junk car. They wrote us a $500 check to put towards the repairs and told us to not write a bad review... I'm writing a review because it would be a disservice to the community to to tell others about this. More
