First experience, probably not my last, Awesome! Inquired about a few used Titans on the lot, during this whole Covid-19 deal, and these folks where AWESOME! Jordon was the EASIEST salesman I've ever dealt with. Kept in contact, but didn't drive me up a wall like most. My wife was pregnant at the time, and has an auto-immune disease on top of that. I asked if they could clean the entire truck before I test drove it, just to be safe, and these guys got it done with no fuss. Negotiating was not that big a deal either, as the truck was fairly priced, but just outside my range. Hopefully this rig lasts me a long while, but I know who I'll contact first when it comes time to get another. Thank you all at Fulton Ford!!! More
Kind and so helpful Ray and Gary are the best.. My daughter took her car into the shop with an electrical issue....The problem was quickly found and ready to be resolved Ray and Gary are the best.. My daughter took her car into the shop with an electrical issue....The problem was quickly found and ready to be resolved...these men also discovered it was under warranty...after calling and being ready to proceed with the fix...the warranty company demanded the car be taken back to original dealership... Once back at the original Ford dealership (in Jeff City) the service department there could not find the warranty information that they sold to us.. I boldly called Ray at Fulton Ford who was so kind as to look through paperwork and give Jeff City all the information needed for them to fix the car under warranty...so very much appreciated:) If looking for a car and/or great service...I highly suggest Fulton Ford...the quality of service and attitude outranks others.. More

TECHNICIAN CONFUSED? I do not know the name of the person; however, he came into the waiting room and said I needed a passenger bag that had been on recall. I told him I a I do not know the name of the person; however, he came into the waiting room and said I needed a passenger bag that had been on recall. I told him I already had one replaced so he said he would check. He returned and said I did need that as well as something else. I said, "Are you sure you have the right car and right person." He said year and model and I said I did NOT own a Mercury but a Ford which he certainly should have know by looking at the car and the VIN #. After what was probably the third trip to Svc Dept he finally came back with the right vehicle. He stated there was another customer by the name of Dorothy Foster. Yes, I can understand confusion of name BUT confusion of the car make/model!!! I don't want anyone to get in trouble over this but they certainly should check the VIN # closer as he said he HAD checked the VIN of my car but obviously did not check it close enough. Since I do NOT know person's name but HAVE to check a name below in order to submit I will check one but do NOT go by name I checked as I do NOT know name of person with regard to my above statement. I see a Ray, Ben, and Technician 67 listed on my ticket. You need to change the employee section. More
